EXCHANGE & RETURN

FOR LOCAL PURCHASES ONLY

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may utilise our 7-day exchange or return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request for an exchange or return. 

Do email us at hello@palmandhilly.com with the following details:

- Email title: "Request for Exchange/Return - [Insert Order Number]"
- Attach clear images of the incorrect or defective item
- Order number

If the exchange or return request is approved, kindly note that the return postage back to us will be borne by buyer. Other things to note:

- Item must be in original condition, original plastic packaging and in original gift box
- Item to be mailed in a sturdy packaging to prevent any damage in transit
- Item to be mailed with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel

We will not accept exchange or return if the item was purchased from an unauthorised third party.

All our items are handmade from natural materials. As such, the exact colour and measurements may vary. For semi-precious stones, inclusions are natural occurrences and appreciated for their uniqueness and beauty.
